ŌTOROHANGA March 23 FIREFIGHTERS set up a landing zone for the rescue helicopter at Ōtorohanga Domain at 7.46pm.
March 24 BRIGADES from Ōtorohanga, Te Awamutu, Pirongia and Cambridge worked together to save a house on fire on Owaikura Rd, Ōtorohanga at 5.25pm. The fire started in the garage.
March 25 THE brigade responded to a medical call on Kāwhia Rd at 7.15am.
A RUBBISH fire reported on Karaka Rd, Ōtorohanga at 8.15pm was under control and left in the hands of the owner.
March 26 FIREFIGHTERS responded to a car crash on Waitomo Valley Rd, Waitomo at 1.49pm.
March 28 A COFFEE roaster caught on fire at an Ōtorohanga cafe at 11.30am. The fire was extinguished before firefighters arrived.
TE KŪITI March 20 POWER lines were downed on Craig Tce, Te Kūiti at 4.12pm.
March 25 A RESIDENTIAL fire alarm sounding on Taupiri St, Te Kūiti at 11am sparked a response by firefighters.
