ŌDC meeting day changed

COUNCIL meetings at Ōtorohanga will move from the third to the fourth Tuesday of every month this year.

The move is being made to better align with the community boards and the Risk and Assurance Committee.

The long-term plan and annual report may require additional meetings, but these will depend on availability of auditors and finalisation of relevant processes.

The decision was made by the council at the last meeting of 2023.

Council workshops have been included on the fortnights between the council meetings. Like the regular meetings, these may be cancelled, or the dates amended in consultation with the chairperson and chief executive.
